Biodiversity Fund

We are delighted to announce 78 successful grantees under the Biodiversity Fund, supporting community-led projects that protect, restore, and enhance biodiversity across Ireland. Awarded grants are helping local community groups to develop a CBAP (Community Biodiversity Action Plan) or to implement recommendations from the CBAP (Community Biodiversity Action Plan).

These funded initiatives reflect the vital role local groups play in caring for nature – strengthening habitats, addressing biodiversity loss, and fostering meaningful connections between people and the natural environment. Together, they represent a powerful commitment to People, Place, and Planet, and to building a more resilient and sustainable future for all.
