Community Foundation Ireland is committed to making our website and its content accessible in line with the requirements of the European Accessibility Act.

The Foundation strives to ensure that all individuals, including those with disabilities,have full and equal access to our grant application system and web content.

  • Due to the complexity and cost of auditing our existing site and documents,
    achieving full compliance is a work in progress.
  • Our website will be audited for compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) Level-AA as set by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI). This will take place in 2026.
  • Some legacy documents on our website may not be fully accessible at this time.
  • We are committed to ensuring that all new PDFs and documents published will meet accessibility standards.
  • We will continue to make ongoing improvements to our website’s accessibility to provide the best possible experience for all users.
