Accessibility Statement

Community Foundation Ireland is committed to making our website and its content accessible in line with the requirements of the European Accessibility Act.

The Foundation strives to ensure that all individuals, including those with disabilities, have full and equal access to our grant application system and web content.

  • Our website was audited in 2026 for compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2) Level-AA as set by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI), and steps have been taken to bring all our primary website sections up to required standards.
  • Based on this review, we have taken steps to remediate barriers and improve the user experience.
  • We are aware that parts of our website are not yet fully accessible. For example, some site sections have not yet undergone full accessibility testing, and some legacy PDF documents may not be fully accessible at this time. We are committed to ensuring that all newly published documents meet required standards.
  • We will continue to make ongoing improvements to our website’s accessibility to provide the best possible experience for all users.

If you encounter an accessibility issue or need information in an alternative format, please contact info@foundation.ie.
