Receptionist/Administrator


The Community foundation for Ireland is currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Administrator.

This is a full time permanent position based in Dublin City Centre. The role is to provide a professional service at reception and to provide administration support to the CEO and the wider team.

Requirements for this role are 2-3 years in a similar position, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good telephone manner, PC skills with good competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience in office health and safety is an advantage.

Fundraising for the Future

The Community Foundation for Ireland is seeking CV’s for a number of fundraising / fund development positions which we expect to materialise over the coming years. We would like to build a database of candidates now for what will be one of the most exciting initiatives in Irish fundraising and philanthropy. Some of these positions will be Dublin based while others will be focused in other regions and counties as part of our county fund programme and our continued engagement with high net worth individuals and professional advisors. Experience in the following areas could be an advantage in certain roles: fundraising, sales, management or the financial or legal sector. Some positions may also be part-time.

Become a Volunteer!
