2010 – Best Year Yet for The Community Foundation for Ireland

2010 was the busiest year yet in terms of both grant-making and new at The Community Foundation for Ireland. Total grants of over €2.2million were made in 2010 and there was an increase in the number of charitable funds under management to 50. New funds were started by families, companies and charities. So, despite everything, philanthropy is still on the up.
