Best Will Week 2016 commences on Monday, October 31st and finishes November 4th.

This week offers a great opportunity for people to avail of will writing services from solicitor in their area and learn more about legacy giving.

The Community Foundation for Ireland is one of the 70 charitable organisations who are involved with Best Will Week, encouraging those who are making a will to start thinking about their legacy. The Community Foundation for Ireland has a working relationship with over 3,000 community and voluntary organisations in Ireland and can ensure that a legacy gift left with us will meet the wishes of the legator, the particular needs of the day and create the largest impact.

The Community Foundation has seen an increase in numbers enquiring, about and then including, The Community Foundation in their wills. We can be especially useful where people have a sense of the areas they wish to support, for example homelessness, the environment, mental health etc., but may not wish to identify a specific charity at the time of writing their will. We can ensure that a legacy left with us will provide lasting support in both Ireland and abroad.

We can provide advice and information to individuals, families and professional advisers. To find out more about legacy giving click here or leave your name below and a member from our Fund Development team will contact get back to you.
